Since Jetpack connected my sites to WordPress.com, I cannot access my Multisite Dashboard anymore
-
Hi
I need to access my Multisite dashboard in order to upload some plugin nit found on WP site.
But, since Jetpack connected my sites to WordPress.com, I cannot access my Multisite Dashboard anymore, meaning that I can only add new plugins through WP.com site.
How can I have my access back ?
Thanks

Please contact Jetpack Support from this page:

Hi
Thank you both for your answers.
As nobody seemed to be able to help, I kept torturing my brain and finally had a (bright) idea and tried it: I unchecked the box “Enable the WordPress.com toolbar” in Jetpack settings… et voilà!
That setting works well on a single site install, but does not take multisite installations into consideration and blocks the access that we need.
This is not the first time that I run into problems specific to multisite intalls; Jetpack is not very good in thinking about us, poor users of this type. Ha. -
Hi Gerald,
I’m glad you found a solution! Yes — for a multisite you will want to use the standard WordPress toolbar rather than the one in Jetpack settings.
