    The vzims53236protonmailcom account you’re using to post here has never bought any domains with us.

    The domain, tartpl380­.mx, was removed from the account that you used to buy it because you filed a chargeback against us with your bank instead of contacting support to ask for a refund. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.     Chargebacks & Disputes

    Before we can restore that domain, we’ll need the request to come from the account that bought it, and additionally you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee, and you’ll need to pay again for the domain itself as you reversed the original payment. If you cancel the dispute at your bank we instead refund you ourselves, or restore the domain if you prefer. But while the dispute is pending, our hands are tied in that regard.

    Alternatively, you will receive a refund once our payment processor completes their investigation into the chargeback you filed, and then only if they decide in your favour. This process can take several weeks.
