Since upgrading to 3.0.5, the "Read Me" contents are displayed above everything

I tried upgrading the 3.0.5 today and have had problems getting my site back up and running. No matter what I do, I get the “Read Me” contents displaying above the page wherever I go in my WordPress files:

    http://www.itanjillc.com/

Very irritating, because I don’t know what’s causing this issue and I have gone so far as to backup my database and start over from scratch with a fresh install and database, but am getting the same issue. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
