Since using JetPak, I have to log in everytime

  and get a new password. Every time I log onto my account. I had another account ages ago with a gmail account and a different username:

  my current one is: myporivateinsanityismine
  and my email address for my current account is outlook.com
  I don’t know how to get rid of that first account I had five years ago. I just started over because I had accidentally created two sites. Now since jetpak I have to get a new password everytime I log in and when I do get in I get a welcome page. I have done a tremendous amount of work on my current site and I can still access it, but why must I keep putting in my current username and a new password everytime I log in?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Oh and I spelled my username wrong in my question but it’s the right one in the clickable blue link.

  My former username with the gmail.com account was myprivatepain . I imagine I need to get this thing deleted but I don’t know how.

  Another thing. I can only access my account on Microsoft, nowhere else. I always use google
