Singl Theme: Change toggled menu to tabbed menu

  Hi There,

  Could someone help to explain how to spread the menu out at the top of my Singl theme site? At the moment it is a small toggle in the upper right hand corner that is tough to spot. I would much prefer a menu that has tabs visible on every page running horizontally along the top. I am a total novice so if you know what kind of css needs to be added, it would be great if you could go so far as to explain where to put this. http://mahoneyandthemoment.com
