Singl Theme not customizing

  This theme is one of my favorite. Unfortunately, for the past 3 days rest to default and its no longer customizing whereby it disoriented my entire blog. Kindly help, maybe fix it or suggest similar theme.

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking, and what exactly is it that’s no longer working?

  I see only one site in your account, https://kikuyugospelyrics.wordpress.com/, and that site has the Lyretail theme active.

  Sorry, I changed to Lyretail theme after the whole site that had Singl theme customization was reset to default. I have been trying to activate Singl back again, and its activating yes, but the customization are not working.
  On my end I can customize the theme and save the customization, but they are never reflected on the site after I refresh it.

  I created a test blog but it is working with Singl theme and even updating the customization so I feel it is the problem with my site on your end ( https://kikuyugospelyrics.wordpress.com/ ). This glitch occurred about 3 days ago and I have been trying to resolve it but with no success.

  On my end I can customize the theme and save the customization, but they are never reflected on the site after I refresh it.

  This was a bug on our end, but it should be fixed as of a few hours ago.

  Can you confirm that you’re still having the issue on your site when you switch to Singl? But you’re not seeing the same issue with Lyretail, correct?

  The only issue is with the Singl Theme and it is still there.
  Yes, Lyretail or any other theme are customizing correctly and their customization are reflected on the site after a refresh.

  Thanks for confirming.
  While the bug itself was already resolved, the affected sites will need another fix so that the customizer works again.

  Thank you for your effort in fixing the issue.
  When can my site be customizable again with the Singl theme? Is there something I have to do to make it reflect all my customization?

  After a closer look it seems that the fix our team worked on has not been fully successful so we’re still working on it and will let you know as soon as we have more info, thanks!
