Single Option Voting?

  I am trying to accomplish something that should be quite easy, but I have yet to figure out a way to do it.

  I’m trying to work out a voting system for a car show coming up this summer. Here’s the concept:

  Around 100 cars will be on display, each car will have a plaque in front of it, that plaque will have a QR Code. Guests will scan the QR code on the plaque and it will take them to a page for the specific car they scanned. On that page will be a picture, brief description, and a “vote for this car” button. 

  The problem I’m encountering is that all the voting/poll plugins are designed to have multiple choices. So if you visit the site and want to vote on a particular car, you’d have to select it from a list then click the “vote” button. Which is not what I’m looking for. I simply want the guest to land on a page and click the “vote” button without having to select anything. The page is their selection.

  Any tips or suggestions on what the best plugin to use for this might be?
