Single Sign On Doesnt Work

  I used to login to my site from the Godaddy side. Now, I get directed to the Worpress Single sign on and it doesn’t work. I have to make edits and can’t login now. Can someone help?

  You should be able to access your site via mackyoutlaw.com/wp-admin. I can see that the site is also connected to another WordPress.com account with Jetpack. If you’d like to edit it from WordPress.com, then you’d want to log in as outlawmloutlookcom.

  If you’re still having problems accessing the site, what is the exact address you’re being redirected to? We may not be able to help since the site is not hosted on our servers, but if it’s about the access from the WordPress.com account, we may be able to advise.

  I cant access from wp admin. It directs me to wordpress to sign in, which doesnt recognize the username. This started about 2 days ago when I activated SSL.

  Hi there,

  You have the Secure Sign On option enabled and that’s you need to log in using your WordPress.com account.

  You need to use the outlawmloutlookcom username to log in.
