Single webpage for one-time uploading of file.

  I would like to be able to create single-page where a single file would be uploaded. This would allow me to use a link e.g. in face book or other social media to direct readers to the intended web page.
  Example: this link I used several years ago on my blog (I don’t remember how I did it): ceb4ceb5cebaceb1cebdceafcebaceb9ceb1
  Does WP provide this service?

  You can create such a website here but to achieve that uploading functionality, you need to upgrade to our Business plan and then install a specific plugin.
