Do you have any additional information about the upgrade that was purchased? The domain name of the website that it was used for would be helpful.
The issue is that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to cancel and request a refund.
