  If I upgrade my site from the wordpress sub-domain to a .com or .co.uk etc, will the other links still be valid on posts that I have already published?

  Hello ,
  Yes all your links will be re-directed to the primary domain you use, ones you use the Custom Domain all the links will be directed there, here is some more information about Domains

  Also if you could share the URL of your Sub Domain and the Custom domain ie the .com or the .co.uk domain , we could be able to help you better.
