Sit looks great on customize preview but bad on my actual iPhone

Hey can anyone help.
I am designing a site with Illdy Theme.
I customised the site with yellow pencil.
I have it looking great on the customize preview. When I load the site on my iPhone it looks wrong.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
