Your account is only a few minutes old and has no website connected to it. You must login with the account which was billed. I also tagged this with modlook to get attention from Staff.

The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com which suggests you have another account.
Please try logging out of lindseyplong and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. You should then see the option to cancel your subscription from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
If you can’t find the purchase receipt, please send a link to the site you would like a refund for — but do not share the transaction ID here as these forums are a public place.
