What site is this in reference to? I checked the sites under your account and none of them have the Business Plan, which is what you would need in order to download plugins.

But what about that we have domain in wordpress.com but not in wordpress.org. It is okey, or we need to export somehow?
We just want to make some corrects in our website, but we cant do nothing. -
Please share the URL of the site in question. We need that information in order to determine if that site uses our managed hosting from WordPress.com (here) or is set up on the other version of WordPress. Thank you.

Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
They are usually used for WordPress.org installs which run on different software.

You can unmap the domain gatineau.lv from your WordPress.com site and point it to a site hosted elsewhere, yes.

Whats plugin where you planning on using? Maybe we can find an alternative for you. Because your site is on the free plan, it doesn’t mean that you can’t edit it. You mentioned that you wanted to make some corrects, this may not require Business plan. Let us know what are you trying to accomplish and we’ll see what can be done with the current setup :)

Ah, I see, in that case, yes, you’d need plan Business or eCommerce to create a store with WooCommerce on WordPress.com.

If you map a domain registered elsewhere, there are no additional costs. If you would like to register a new domain, it will be free during the first year. After that, the price depends on the domain extension (TLD):

Bear in mind that it requires any paid plan, however, mapping the domain doesn’t have any additional costs.
