  How do I change the name of my blog?

  Change site title — See the Changing your Site Title and Tagline section of the General Settings support page.
  Change Blog Address (URL) — See the Change a Blog Address support page.

  How do I put diffrent blog additions to different pages?

  There’s only one blog page per WordPress.com site. You may use category pages to arrange posts in certain categories by assigning one or more categories to selected posts, but if you do so all posts will still display in the blog page. See the topics POST to PAGES ISSUES or How to post in pages?.
