Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

You don’t own any upgrades, nor any sites on WordPress.com.
http://profitreturn.co.uk/ is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. It looks like you’re hosting that site with 1and1.co.uk, so it’s them you’re paying for this site. You’ll need to contact their support department for help taking your site offline and cancelling your hosting account.
