  when I look at my site on Google I see the Tesseract theme default text on my home page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi latoacha,

  To edit the text on your home page, click EDIT PAGE in the bottom left corner of the section you want to edit. Then, enter the text you want and click “Update.” When you refresh your home page, you should see the updated text.

  my home page when I edit in dashboard or see it in WordPress.com it looks right. its when I search on internet it doesn’t look right

  Did you click “Update” to save your changes? I am seeing the default text as well, so it looks like your edits have not been published yet.

  that helps I’ll have to look at that..i also have pages that I don’t want but don’t know how to delete for fear of messing something up. thank you!
