  Hi,

  I submitted a ticket to het access to my site – howtoinbound.com

  As the email address I use seems to no longer be connected to that site? When they sent me a new password link I was sent to the wrong site and admin panel.

  Can you please provide me with access to my site howtoinbound.com and let me know what email addresses are being used on it currently. It may have been hacked.

  I need this resolved today.

  Your site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. It’s hosted by GoDaddy. You should ask them for further help.

  Howdy –

  It looks like howtoinbound.com is being mapped to a different WordPress.com user account. To access this upgrade you’ll need to sign in to that other account.

  While the mapping upgrade is active, the name servers are not configured towards WordPress.com.

  Hi,

  Im referring to getting access to the WP admin panel.

  My email address is no longer associated to the admin.

  That is what I am locked out of.

  Can I see who the admins are or can I get added?

  WordPress support sent me a password reset but they gave me access to somebody elses website!!
