Site Access
-
A red error box has popped up on my page stating that my site cannot be accessed. The only option it gives is to remove my site. A similar error has occurred in the past and it was a nightmare to get the site back up and running. Has anyone had experience with this? Please advise! I have reached out to JetPack for assistance but have yet to hear back.

Hey chenoanatani,
You’re using the self-hosted WordPress version and your website is hosted on Bluehost.
We’re only able to help with the WordPress.com websites and your website isn’t hosted here.
Please submit your query to WordPress.org forums. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And also read the difference. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
NOTE: Please ask your web hosting support for help.

That is the correct place to seek help for a JetPack connection error rather than the WordPress.com support forum where all I can suggest is to try to disconnect and reconnect JetPack via your dashboard. Have you also tried:
https://jetpack.com/support/debug/
