  I have 3 sites and can only access one of them,

  Hey there, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not.

  And if you’re not sure and need us to check on our side, can you send links to the two sites you can’t access?

  That site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
