Site access

    My marketing firm has closed and I need access to my WordPress site they created. I have access to our server where it is hosted. the. site is http://www.singletonrealestate.com.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    It looks like your site is hosted with Dreamhost so you should get in touch with them to get access to your site if you’re having trouble.
