    Hello! I recently connected our domain to a new site on squarespace but I need to access our old wordpress site to retreat some files that were uploaded there.

    Self-declared URL: twanohfallsbeachclub.org
    Jetpack: Unknown
    WP.com: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I checked your site and although your site was using the Jetpack plugin, it was using the open-source WordPress.org software. The site was not hosted with us, so we wouldn’t have access to your account and site. You would need to contact your previous site host, as they would have access to your account and hopefully a backup of your WordPress site.

    These particular forums provide support for WordPress.com-hosted sites. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue.
