  hi i am trying to migrate my website from wordpress.com to wordpress.org but for some reason i cannot access my site. Do i need a active plan in order to do this? can you help me with this please?

  When the Business Plan expired, you lost certain features that came along with that plan, such as plugins and 3rd party themes. So, your site reverted to its state before the Business Plan upgrade. However, we can assist you with getting a backup of your site.
