  I can’t get access to my site to make any changes. I have a paid plan, and the AI Bot keeps saying a live person will contact me (by email) but never does. Anybody else have issues with customer support, or lack of?

  Hi I hear you. I used to love the opportunity to live chat with professional tech support. I’m not sure what others feel but the bot doesn’t always meet my needs
