Site access – help
-
Hi, I need help to login to our company website. We updated plugins last week and now have an email saying we have critical errors on the website. A link should have been sent to the main Admin user, but he has not received it, he’s checked junk etc, but nothing.
The message just says when we try to login, “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
But no email has been received. The website is live and working, but we need to access the back end to make updates.
Can someone help?
Thanks
~Caroline

Hi Caroline,
Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.
Did you refer to intelligentbilling.com as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.
https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/intelligentbilling.com
Therefore, it’s recommended to open a support ticket at the following URL for WordPress.org support.

You can also contact your hosting support, as they can help you resolve the issue.
