site access issue

  I’m getting an error message saying ‘this site can not be accessed’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can see the site in my browser with out any trouble. Is this still an issue?

  I can visit the site but I can’t make any updates to it. When I go to WordPress.com and try and access my site, it says “this site can not be accessed”. This is a recent issue and probably started when I initiated jetpack.

  I am very new to wordpress and my blog is also very new. Its all a little foreign and confusing to me. Your comment about not using wordpress.com went a little over my head lol.

  Any help/advice you can give me to resolve this issue is very much appreciated.

  Hi dancemamalc,

  thedancemama.com is loading but it looks like there may be an issue with your Jetpack connection, which is likely causing the access message being displayed in your WordPress.com account.

  Please deactivate and delete the Jetpack plugin and then reinstall, reactivate and reconnect to WordPress.com. Does that help? If not, please contact Jetpack support so they can help troubleshoot further:
