Site Access Issue

    Hello,

    Today some plugins were automatically updated (WPForms Lite (from version 1.7.5.5 to 1.7.6) and Bluehost (from version 2.11.9 to 2.12.1)) on my website. I checked my website and the following error message was above the normal content: ‘Warning: Undefined variable $bh_data in /home4/shorthap/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bluehost-wordpress-plugin/vendor/bluehost/bluehost-wp-customer-data/includes/Customer.php on line 42.’

    When I try to access my website through WordPress, I encounter a message that says ‘This site cannot be accessed.’ However, somehow I managed to erase all of my website’s content (which was only text which I have saved elsewhere, so that’s not a big deal)–however, that ‘Warning’ message is still there.

    My WordPress admin page says:

    Basically I just want to access and edit my website through WordPress again, and also get rid of that ‘Warning’ message on top of the webpage. My website is extremely simple (it consists of a single blank page with some short stories on it (though, as mentioned above, the stories are somehow all gone now…)).

    I don’t have much computer knowledge and can’t seem to figure out how to fix this problem.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
