Site access issue

  Hello, my site is not accessible at present. I updated a page last night and since then, I can’t access the menu bar. And the odd time that I can access the menu bar, the open to open the page isn’t allowing it. I am hoping that someone can assist me?

  To access your menu from your dashboard, are you going to Appearance > Editor > List View > Header > Row > Group > Navigation? I can see access your menu following the above steps:
