Site access problem

  Hi there

  I am trying to access my site, but keep on getting the error ‘ Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.

  Can anyone please tell me what this means and how I can fix this?

  Much appreciated

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  This usually is due to the fact a site hosting elsewehre but using the Jetpack plugin is down. Did you check your site is up and running?

  Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to me.

  I am brand new with WordPress and don’t even have a site up and running yet. I’ve only purchased a domain.

  How would I be able to check this?

  Hi, I see a temporary site connected to your WordPress.com account. That site is hosted by Bluehost, and I believe that your domain is registered through them. So, to connect your domain with your site, please contact Bluehost. They’ll guide you on how to do it.
