  I do not see any sites under your @agrif1964 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  accurasea.com.au,
  I hold email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), and the original site was set up with WP. It’s been awhile since I’ve done anything to it, and it may have become dormant, or I’ve just forgotten too much or I’m locked out
