  In the general settings category I want to enter my domain which I have bought from another site. From the digitalocean site I have done all the actions (from DNS records, hostname, value) so that the domain is ready for the creation of my website. The problem I face is that the site address does not allow me to put my own domain. shows me an invalid attempt. What should I do?

  To clarify, you are trying to change the address for https://ioannis172192981.wordpress.com/ so that it instead uses a domain you have with another provider, yes?

  That is possible but you will first need to upgrade to one of the plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  All our plans include a “domain mapping” option you can use to connect a domain you own with another provider, so your site can use a custom address instead of the one we assign.
