  if i delete this site now , will i be able to create a new site with the same Url ? ie: zillionairemagazine.wordpress.com ??

  No, you will not! Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

  What are you trying to achieve by deleting the site? There are some alternative options instead of deleting:

  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#alternative-options
