site address problem

  Dear support team,

  – I have an OVH domain – szvaka.com
  – it was connected wiht a WordPress website
  But I created a WIX site as well, so
  – in WordPress, I went to settings and edited the WordPress address and the site address to the wix URL ( https://szvaka.wixsite.com/mysite
  )

  And now I would like to go back to wordpress with the szvaka.com domain
  BUT
  I cannot find how to stop redirecting the domain.

  To sum up:
  Now the wordpress does not work with my domain and redirects to wix site (although szvaka.com is a mess and I cannot access to the dashboard.)

  So the goal would be to have a wordpress website on szvaka.com domain.

  Hi Anna,

  Please contact OVH directly for help with this, as the domain is registered with them.

  The WordPress you were using on that site is the open source WordPress.org software.

  WordPress.com, in whose forums you’re posting here, is a hosting provider for that software, like OVH, but as your site is not hosted with us, and your domain is not registered with us, we have no control over this and aren’t able to help you.
