site address taken but not used

  Hey,

  I tried using a certain site address but it was taken.
  I looked up who was using it and it says the author has deleted the site.

  So I was wondering if there was anyway that I could use it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Once deleted a URL is gone forever and will not be recycled
