Site admin and site owner

Originally one individual set up our site. He has since left our organization and has supposedly transferred administrator rights to me. Our renewal comes up in April and want to make sure I do in fact have admin and ‘ownership’ rights if you will.

If this is for the site, westorangeea.org, that domain and the underlying site belongs to the username, woeanegchair. If that’s the user that left your organisation you’ll need to get in touch with him and ask him to transfer the domain to you following the instructions here:

Due to the regulations governing domain ownership we cannot transfer that domain to your account, not even with his written permission. Only he can perform this particular action.
After transferring the domain he can then also transfer ownership of the site itself to you, which will remove him as a user on the site:
