Site Admin display changed – how do I return?

My admin site is not displaying – all I get is something called “Global Dashboard, which only shows “What’s Hot.” On the left side are three links: dashboard, profile and personal settings. How do I return to the usual display? My site is located on WordPress.com.

This problem has resolved. I shut down all my open windows and internet access – but not my pc and reopened – dashboard appeared as it always has. Thank You, God.
