site admin & logout options showing in sidebar widgets…how do i get it OFF?

Hi! I am a bit of a moron but my logout & site admin seems to be visable to my readers. I have tried to delete it on all my blogs but its still there on each one. I do’t know how or what I pushed to do that. I get writing, I don’t understand all the other stuff that goes with being read. Can you PLEASE help me?

It’s not visible to others. Not to worry.
There’s an Admin [edit] link that only you as Admin and any editors you have can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.
Also note there will be autofilled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
Log out and clear your browser cache and cookies.Then visit your site and you won’t see any autofilled information. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Also the Met widget is a login widget and it can be removed.
