  I currently have access to our church wordpress account. How do I become the main administrator to the account. The previous administrator is now deceased. I have been placed in charge of this account. Please advise on what I need to do. I also need to make another individual an administrator to the account. Thank you.   Hi Michael,

  The site at http://www.cacina.org/ isn’t hosted on our servers here on WordPress.com, so we don’t have any control over that site.

  If your account on the site also has admin permissions, you should be able to remove the other admin from Users ->All Users in the dashboard. If your account doesn’t have admin permissions, you’ll need to change your account’s permissions directly in the database. This has to be done via your hosting provider’s control panel, so please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with this.
