site and wordpress connection help

  “Hello, my username is grb58 and I am an author on the site http://www.pittbusinesstotheworld.com. I have been unsuccessful in manually re-establishing a connection between my WordPress.com account and Jetpack, which is needed with this blogsite. Can you assist me in obtaining this connection so that I may write on that site. If you need confirmation on the account admin, the username is: bradminer9. Thank you.”

  The site I need help with is pittbusinesstotheworld.com/wp-admin/.. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
