Site and Wp-Admin gives Blank Page

    Dear Hapiness Engineer,

    My website is titled (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am encoutering a ‘Blank Page’ issue whenever I click on my website. Also, I cannot access my Wp-Admin page. I get the ‘Blank Page’ issue.

    I am using default free theme: Twenty Twelve. Right before I encountered the issue, I added page jumps on on one of my pages. However, I deleted those. Also, I haven’t installed any of the plugins. Finally, I don’t know computer codes. I only write my website content through the ‘Visual’ page of Blog Posts. Therefore, I haven’t edited any of the software back-end codes.

    I really hope you can help me.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I figured out the problem. I applied Page Jumps on one of my pages. Right after, I encoutered a ‘Blank Page’ for my website and Wp-Admin. After I removed the Page Jumps, my website and Wp-Admin worked properly.

    Can you kindly fix the bug in Page Jumps. I followed the instructions provided on https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/.

    I added and then deleted the page jumps to the Coming Right Up! Page. I deleted the page jumps after I encountered issues with the website and Wp-Admin.

    Looking at the revisions of that page, I’m not seeing anything like:

    <p id="unique-identifier">I am the target text.</p>

    Which would be required for the jump to work correctly. So perhaps you just had something missing in the HTML.

    If you try it again, let me know and I will double check your HTML.

    Dear RootJosh,

    I applied the page jumps, using the Visual Editor, at the top of the Coming Right Up! page. They are not working. Can you kindly check my work.

    I also tried HTML Editor, but it messed up my page. I had to delete those commands.

    Kindly, teach me how to do them correctly in the Visual Editor.

    So, the issue is that you have the links in there, but you have not put in the targets. I fixed the “Literature and Fiction” one for you. So you can go into the HTML view and take a look at what I did to see what you need to add to fix the rest.
