  When accessing either https://goldalliancecreatives.com/ or https://goldalliancecreatives.com/wp-login.php, both time out and cannot access the sites.

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that! As it happens, your site at goldalliancecreatives.com is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s using WordPress.org and is hosted by a different hosting service provider. We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  While you can post general questions on the WordPress.org support forum, I’d suggest contacting your hosting service provider first to see if they can help you with this. You’re using Cloudflare, so I can’t check where your actual site is hosted. But you’ll need to contact them to find out why the site is not loading at all.
