Site asking to download instead of opening

  Not sure what’s going on, when I try to open my site on public view it asks me to download and then doesn’t download anything. The only way I can view my site is by opening it from the link in my Instagram bio? Everything seems fine on the admin side, but I don’t think anyone can see my site.
