Site Authentication
-
I have a wp site hosted with namecheap Easywp, But wordpress.com cannot authenticate the site. Clicking on “My Site”button at the top left corner shows my site with a red spot, and clicking on the red spot returns, “This site cannot be accessed.”
What might be the reason?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It seems that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.
This is a public forum that provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
For help with your site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You can refer to WordPress.org support documents here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress.org software you can read this article:
Thanks!

Hi there,
This is a problem with the Jetpack plugin’s connection to your site
I don’t see any errors for your site in the Jetpack debugger at https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https://evergreen-cafe.com/, but try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack and see if that helps.
This is not an issue with the OP’s WordPress installation, but with their site’s connection to WordPress.com, which any WordPress site can do via the Jetpack plugin.
Referring to the WordPress.org forums are not helpful in this case, as those forums can only help with issues related to the WordPress software itself. They have no control over either Jetpack, or the way Jetpack-connected sites behave within the WordPress.com dashboard.
