  earlsgirl.com

  What happened is I created a website on Weebly with the same name and of course, when I went to put the URL in, it took me to my Word Press site. I changed my site name in Weebly which apparently discontinued the earlsgirl.com altogether. When I go into Word Press, you can see Grin and Barrett with the earlsgirl.com but it won’t do anything. Can you reset my site or am I going to have to redo it?

  I’m afraid we won’t be able to help with that as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with webhostingforstudents.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
