Site backup

    Hello, I recently migrated from WordPress to Squarespace. Squarespace now provides my hosting while my domain is with a third party called Site 5. Is there a way that I can access a backup of willmarshmusic.com that previously existed on wordpress?

    The site I need help with is willmarshmusic.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    You’re posting in the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and the domain, willmarshmusic.com, has never been hosted on our servers. So we’ve never had access to any of your content on that site.

    If you were using WordPress on that site, it was the open source WordPress.org software, installed on a server at another hosting provider. You’ll need to contact that hosting provider to ask about any backups of your site, as they’re the only ones who’ll have access to that, assuming they didn’t delete those after you cancelled your hosting.
