  Hello,

  I’m writing because I’m trying to backup my website and install the latest version of wordpress.

  However, I’m pretty confused by the information on the forums.

  My login is [redacted by mod] and my website is mensahmedical.com.

  Is there a simple one-click way to backup and update my website?
