Site blocked due to Violation of Terms – Looking to transfer my site to another WordPress.com

  Hello,
  I would like to transfer my site: soultouchdesigns.wordpress.com to another user (wordpress.com) site. I am not able to do anything as my site is blocked due to violation of terms. Please guide me, on how I can transfer everything onto a new wordpress.com site

  The answer is that you cannot do that when the content is gone.
