site broken by WP staging cannot login

  I installed WP staging last night and cloned my live site and also my staging site to test and fix some issues. Now my site is broken, shows a 404 error code, the server technicians have twice restored my live site and staging with no success and noone can access the login either from within CPanel or from the wp admin login url. PLEASE HELP

  The site that is effected is not teonereinthal.com but its the only pathway to post a thread here
