Site broken with Jetpack Error
-
Hi,
This site isn’t working and only loads a blank page. Posts and media content are missing from the admin interface.
In the plugins screen it says; ‘Error fetching plugins on [site name].’
In the settings screen it gives the error; ‘There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date’.
When trying to update/sync with Jetpack it says; ‘The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (500) [-32300]’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello
You are asking in the wrong place! From your questions, it is apparent you have a blog hosted somewhere besides WordPress.Com. Content not hosted here is referred to self-hosted or sometimes a WordPress.Org site. You will get much better help with your self-hosted site at
https://wordpress.org/support/
If you do not have an account there, you will be prompted to establish one.https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ explains many of the differences between self-hosted and WordPress.Com hosted content
https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com is a more who is who explanation.best,

The site domain is wheresloli.com but the URL for settings (for example) is https://wordpress.com/settings/general/wheresloli.com
Doesn’t that make it a wordpress.com site?

Even though your self-hosted site may be connected to WordPressdotcom through the jetpack plugin, your site is still running the standalone WP (org) software and is hosted by BlueHost.
Since the software we use here on WordPressdotcom is not the same (in spite of the name), your questions are best asked at the ORG forums.

I’ve checked with my web host regarding my now blank site.
Apparently it went down late March. Web host says all my content is there, but I cannot access it via WP dashboard. What should I do next?

Hello
You should ask at the support link i gave you earlier. In case you missed it, it is:
https://wordpress.org/support/
We cannot help you with this issue here. When you do, be sure to give them all the W’s you can. What happened, When it happened, Where you are hosted etc.
And some recommended reading:
https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com
which explains why you need to ask at the other link.best,
