We paid someone to build our site about 2 years ago. We have no idea what email or username they used or set up for our website. It’s a business (bar) website. We are hiring someone to clean it up and add e-commerce this week. The person that built it won’t answer calls or texts. No idea how to take control of our site and move forward. Any help is appreciated but I believe that WordPress needs to reset the email and password for our particular site. I can not access the paid live support, even though we have paid, because I we do not know the login information. Thanks!

You created this WordPress.com account 2 hours ago. What is the address of your site? Is it definitely hosted here as staff here can only access sites on WordPress.com servers.
